We do not collect any personal information from you when you are browsing our websites, however to improve our websites we anonymously track what you are browsing.

Once an order is submitted your information is used to fulfill that order and your information is stored securely. Your information is not collected prior to submitting an order unless you have created an account on our website, and are logged in. Your contact information will only be used if you have given us permission to contact you for marketing purposes.

When you are on our website and are asked for personal information, you are sharing that information with Wilkinson Sports and Leisure Ltd (trading as Aresson).

Your personal data is held on secure servers operated by ourselves and our third party web hosting service providers.

We will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information, except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it. Your name and address will be shared with our delivery partner, UK Mail in order to deliver your order. We do not take payments through our website. You will be redirected to PayPal where a secure transaction can be made.

If you indicated that you are interested in receiving regular information about Aresson (by signing up to our newsletter or ticking the box to opt in to marketing communications when you checkout) we will send you communications regarding Aresson’s activities via e mail.
Wilkinson Sports and Leisure does not sell or rent personal information to any third party. It only shares personal information with third party service providers as described in this policy.
If you do not wish for any personal information to be used, stored or distributed by us then you should restrict your use of our websites to browsing and not consent to receive marketing communications.

We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure. In order to minimise the risk of unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information.
10. What about children’s privacy?
We realise many children may visit our website and we do encourage children to participate in rounders. Children should always ask a parent for permission before sending personal information to anyone online, and we advise under 18 year olds not to submit personal address or telephone information. However, as we are unable to verify the age of a person using our site, it is ultimately the responsibility of parents or legal guardians to supervise children when online.
