Postage & Delivery

Either courier or Royal Mail is used to despatch orders. We are unable to guarantee a date for delivery, but we will give you as much information that we can about your order delivery date if requested. We endeavour to despatch goods as quickly as possible.

Where delivery has been requested for a specific date, Wilkinson Sports & Leisure Ltd will endeavour to fulfil this request, but an additional charge may be raised if required.

Normally delivery will be 3 working days from order but please allow 7 days to avoid disappointment.

Wilkinson Sports & Leisure Ltd accepts no liability for any claim for compensation whatsoever for failing to deliver an item on a particular date or time.

Mainland UK orders over £29.99 – free of charge shipping

Mainland UK orders under £29.98 – £6.00 including VAT

For orders to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Highlands of Scotland, please contact us before purchase and we will advise what the additional postal charge will be.

Wilkinson Sports & Leisure Ltd reserves the right to vary delivery charges in line with changes to postal and courier rates.

VAT is payable on postal, delivery and packaging charges and is included in the postal charge.

Urgent Deliveries

All prices, less those to overseas addresses and the Channel Islands, are inclusive of VAT @20%. All prices and offers are subject to availability and change. Wilkinson Sports & Leisure Ltd reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. The price charged will be the price in place at the date of receipt of the customer’s order.


Goods listed are offered subject to availability. Wilkinson Sports & Leisure Ltd will notify you if any item is not immediately in stock and when delivery could be made.

Payment and Title of Goods

Payment is required in advance for all orders unless cleared by arrangement with Wilkinson Sports & Leisure Ltd in advance. Goods for customers who pay by cheque will be despatched once the cheque has been cleared.

Payment terms for wholesale customers are 30 days net unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed.

BACS payment facilities for schools and businesses can be arranged.

Wilkinson Sports & Leisure Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue account at the rate of 2.5% over base rate per month.

Ownership (title) of any goods will pass to the purchaser on full payment of the appropriate invoice.

Discrepancies and Returns

It is the customer’s responsibility to check all deliveries on receipt and to notify Wilkinson Sports & Leisure Ltd within 24 hours of receipt of any discrepancy in the order, or of damage caused in transit.

If goods do not meet the customer’s satisfaction, or if the goods are faulty, they can be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Cancelling your Order

As a customer of Wilkinson Sports & Leisure Ltd you have the unconditional right to cancel your order/s without giving a reason within 7 working days of receiving your goods & and your money will be returned within 30 days (the 7 working days starts the day after receipt of the goods).

The customer must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in their possession, and must return items with their original packaging in good condition.

The customer will be liable for the cost of returning the goods should they wish to cancel their order.

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are responsible for all postal and packaging charges incurred by Wilkinson Sports & Leisure Ltd. Any unpaid freight charges will be deducted from your refund.

If you refuse to accept delivery of your order for any other reason than the product being damaged in transit, you are liable for all outward and return freight charges incurred by your refusal.


Refunds will only be made after receipt of the original goods supplied by Wilkinson Sports & Leisure Ltd unless otherwise agreed by us.

Shortages and Damage

When the delivering carrier brings your order you MUST count the pieces you receive and look for any damage. The number of boxes/packages you should receive will be noted on the carriers delivery note. If the number of boxes you receive does not exactly match the number of pieces on the carriers delivery note, you MUST note the number of pieces you received on the delivery note by your signature.

Damage to the equipment/packaging MUST be noted on the delivery note next to your signature. THE WORDS UNEXAMINED OR UNCHECKED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A CONDITIONAL SIGNATURE. You MUST cross out delivered in good condition from the carrier’s delivery note. It is very important to check your order. A signature is an acceptance that you have received the whole order in good condition. Any shortages or damages MUST be reported to Wilkinson Sports & Leisure Ltd by the next working day from signing. Neither Wilkinson Sports & Leisure Ltd nor the carrier can be held responsible for damages if you do not note them on your delivery note.
